A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

The location was awesome! You can walk to the metro, Vernissage Market, and Republic Square. There is a Carrefour right outside the building. If you walk up the street, you will also see Yerevan City and Zovq Supermarket. The apartment is equipped with things you'll need for cooking and doing laundry. They offered to clean the apartment on our 3rd day but if you don't feel like having people come over, you can also do it yourself as there is a vacuum cleaner and a broom in there.

A recently renovated property, Mali Home is situated in Yerevan near Republic Square, Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre and Blue Mosque.

Great place for short stay. The furniture and everything looks new and neat. Room was clean too. The great advantage is that the place was really quiet.
