We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.

Clean apartment near the airport, with a large and comfortable bed. Coffee and fruit are available. Everything with excellent value for money. The guest lady was quite helpful in arranging everything, although the initial communication via WhatsApp was not easy (as a foreigner in the country, I have a limited data plan, and information gets lost in translation sometimes).

I liked everything. You simply text them when you arrive at the airport and in 5 minutes the driver arrives, in 5 minutes you are at the hotel. My room was very comfortable, i had both air conditioning and a fridge, which I used. The landlord is very kind, he gave me a bottle of water without me asking and led me to my room. The breakfast was good. The driver took me back to the airport the next day.

The owner of the property met us at the airport , exactly where he told us to wait , he took us to the apartment and he was Very friendly and helpful . The place is extremely clean , it has a nice TV , a fridge , a washing machine , a very good bed and very good sofa . The bathroom is very comfortable and it has a hairdryer!! Also there is a kettle and some instant hot chocolate and very good tea . Oh , I was about to forget , there is also WiFi . Overall I'm very happy ! The location is good as it is 5 minutes driving from the airport and nearby at a walking distance you can find all kind of shops and restaurants. Very happy :) I will definitely come to stay here again next time I fly through Yerevan .

Everything- the studio was beautiful,clean and spacious & had the amenities required.Location excellent,a walking distance to sites and atm downstairs with convenience store next door. The staff were amazing, warm & welcoming & assisted with a shuttle & tour. The note before I left and WhatsApp check in was so heartwarming. I felt so comfortable and well looked after. This added to my experience as a first time traveller to Yerevan
