It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.

    Beautiful small vacation home. Fully equipped and very well maintained. There is an obvious attention to small details. Located in the middle of a rural area with possibilitiy to buy daily fresh milk . Access to beautifully local trails that bring you on top of Palnoch and other tops. It's very quiet and perfect to decompress and relax. The matrasses are new and very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and there if you need. I could continue, but you get the idea. We would definitely rent again.

    I liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the nice facilities in the kitchen. There was also a large balcony with a great view. There is a Wirtshaus (restaurant) with large terrace on walking distance, with decent food. From Fresach it is just a short drive to Millstatt and Millstattersee. We were there only for two nights, so we didn't explore everything of the surrounding villages and mountains but it seems also quite a good location for that
