The place is very well organized and extremly clean (even for high Austrian standards) in the room and at the pool... Breakfast was good, we liked the solution, that dining room was just outside our room. The house is sound-proof, so you can not hear other guests.

I regret only staying here for one night - OMG, what an incredible place! Three balconies, stunning and unique furniture that perfectly matched my taste. We were welcomed like presidents, and the hostess was extremely kind and genuinely thankful we were there. The villa was spotless, smelled great, and the view... absolutely breathtaking.
