Excellent apartment with all the facilities that you need. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Lovely hot shower with good storage. Fully equipped kitchen with all that one needs. Nice view out the back over the football pitch and towards the mountains. Bright and well decorated. Handy shops nearby. I am sure that we will return when visiting Kitzbuhel.

Michael met us right on time and showed us around very efficiently. Michael was one of the best hosts I have ever met. He answered all questions quickly, and even provided us with his own ski rental company. The entire trip, he was nothing but helpful- allowing us to park out front and helping us organize our gear every day. Loved this place!

We had the best hotel manager ever - Geoff. He contacted me before our arrival on the GroupMe app, and arranged to pick us up from the train station and take us to our unit. The unit was clean and updated. We spent very little time there but appreciated the little kitchen so we could keep some snack items. Our unit accommodated 3 people and had a separate toilet and shower. Geoff gave us recommendations for dining, and helped us find our way around Kitzbuhel. He took us to the ski rental place, knew the owner. I think he knows everyone in town! He was available by text for any questions we had. He is a great guy! Element 3 is a smart place to rent skis because they let you use their ski locker for free, which is below their store. And they are right near the Hannenkammbahn. As far as getting from the hotel to Element 3/ Hannenkammbahn area, it's a 10-15" walk, or you can catch the bus that is right around the corner from Hornhaus. We walked every day though because the town is ADORABLE and this gives you a chance to see it and grab some breakfast. There's a coffee place right next door to the Hornhaus where we got coffee everyday. Hornhaus also has ski lockers for free, so if you own your skis, you can use them and catch the bus.

    Lovely large villa, with lots of space so we weren't falling over each other. Location was good, not too far from the Hahnenkammbahn lift, but after a long hard day skiing it would be a slog with skis and boots (didnt try to use the ski bus so cant comment on that). We used the locker rental at the Intersport by the lift & would recommend this.

    Six people spent three days skiing and snowboarding there. The spacious living room was a great place to gather in the afternoon, play board games, have dinner, and enjoy each other's company. The house is near to the city center, the grocery shops, pubs and restaurants are in walking distance. I really appreciated that we were able to pick up and leave the keys at the house, so we didn't have to go back to the reception which is located in a different village.
