A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. Even on rainy days, we enjoyed visits to a nearby citrus garden, local mine tours, an animal park, and a relaxing spa. Simply put, this Chaletdorf is a perfect escape from the everyday. Absolutely loved it! Very clean, spotless! The kitchen is equipped with everything what you need( dishwasher, cutlery, mugs, kettle etc etc), bathroom is spotless, bedrooms are so clean and fresh! The host is very friendly and helpful, helped us with our EV. And there was cold beer waiting in the fridge! The environment is amazing, next time I will definitely book the same apartment!

We only spent a night here for a road trip. But we can tell that the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. The communication and the staff were exceptional, and we also had a delicious breakfast. You can feel that this place has a heart who is the owner. Thank you for that, because it was a pleasure to be part of this welcoming hospitality. Parking was obvious and easy, also the self check in.

    The owner was very polite and helpful. Location of the house is perfect near the Wörther see but also near the both Villach and Klagenfurt. The apartement was clean and comfy, especially bed was really comfortable.

    A small hotel, housed in an ordinary villa. Some parts were very good and others downright bad. The owner can certainly be very charming but was having a bad day when we were there. The bedroom was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a rickety slanted ceiling, so anyone over 175 cm can't go to the toilet without doing gymnastic exercises. The shower was very small, the towels great. Everything inside the apartment is well-kept and clean.
