Location is very good, it is quiet area with a wonderful view to the mountains. It is easy to find this place, you can follow table signs near location if you don't use google maps. The host was very kind and he speaks English fluently. Apartment was cozy and clean. We had everything that we needed. Fully recommendation.

The kindness of Hedi and Otmar! The room was super clean and had a fantastic view on the mountains. It is close to incredible roads leading to the mind-blowing Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße Hedi is a great cook, she is very attentive and her Gulash is a must try! SUPER RECOMMENDED! Great communication and great host. Delicious breakfast included, lovely clean room and ensuite, close to town and other facilities. You must go and see the 1915-18 museum, so interesting.

Great place to stay, way better than anywhere else we stayed in our trip. Breakfast was excellent, the room spacious and very comfortable. The balcony overlooked the nice garden and the mountains, and the host super welcoming. I really recommend it and hope to be back one day!

The landlord was very helpful and friendly. The appartment is close to Lienz and ski centers. It's in a very quiet village, but one shop is close by. The landlord told us about the forest baths, which are included in the price, but we'd have to come back in the summer. 🌞 Because of a mix-up we got an upgrade to a three- bedroom appartment in the same building and it was great! Full of little details, which made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, even mixer is there! It has a functional fireplace, which adds up to coziness. It was very clean, with clean sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable. We recommend it.
