Everything was perfect, location - beautiful alpine village, accomodation simple and clean, staff happy to help and friendly, near to the ski lift and to the meeting point for ski courses for kids, excellent breakfast with a gluten free bread option, we can't wait to come again.

Such a cozy place! The owner is super nice and friendly. The room feels really warm and comfy, and the bathroom is new and very clean. The mountain view from the room is absolutely stunning. Loved the balcony – perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The embroidered napkins add such a special, homey touch to the atmosphere. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The owner is very kind and chearful. The place is very nice and coasy, apartment was well equiped and very clean. We were very satisfied with the kitchen. You can use sauna and steam bath without extra charge. They have enough parking space with easy access to ski storage and they have enough heaters for the boots for all guests. The view from the balcony is awsome! We recomend this place and would definitely come again!

​​Apartmenthaus Nr 1 ​is a​ great​​​ ​place to stay in Lienz, this has been my 3rd time here and again it's been such a ​wonderful experience! The staff are ​really nice, ​caring and ​very helpful​. The communication has been great, I always feel very welcomed here​. ​I've had an unexpected issue with my bank card this time and am so grateful to Mrs. Jordan for her kind and so quick help with this! ​The​ apartment ​was ​really nice, modern, ​​very clean and quiet​. It was so convenient to have a well equipped little kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, a nice spacious shower, very good Wi-Fi, and the view from the windows was amazing​​!​​ The location​ is perfect -​ just​ a few minutes away from the train station, ​all the ​restaurants​ and shops​,​ it is ​an excellent ​place to stay when travel​ling​ to ​the Dolomites or the ​​nearby cities in Austria ​or Ital​y. ​I loved everything and will definitely ​be staying here again when I am next time in ​Lienz​​!

    We spent there just one night but it was sooo good. Quiet, beautiful village with stunning views at the valley. A bit narrow road from Villach. Easier access from west but the road it self is worth the effort.

    The apartment is very nicely and sophisticatedly furnished and designed. The cleanliness is extraordinary and we felt very comfortable. The best accommodation we have stayed in so far. It is located in a very beautiful fairy-tale mountainside village. We will be happy to return if we have the opportunity.
