First of all, I have to say that the St. Gingen area is really cozy and very sympathetic. The things that made us the most happy about the property were the traditional architecture, the magnificent view, the ease of transportation and the cleanliness.

Great location between the lakes. Quiet accommodation surrounded by nature. A farm where children can access the animals if they want. Playground. Option of fresh milk, eggs and bread. There was no problem with anything. Suitable for families with children, couples or a group of friends. We would love to stay here again.

The apartman was fantastic. The hosts are helpful. Location is perfect. The panorama is breathtaking. Silence is everywhere. Behind it is the forest. You can hear only bird chirping and if you are patient you can see roes in the beckyard from the balcony.

This was my second stay at Seehaus Familie Leifer, and it felt just as peaceful and comforting as my first visit back in November 2023. The moment I arrived, I was reminded why I fell in love with this place—the serene atmosphere, the warmth of the surroundings, and the sense of calm it brings. Everything was spotless, just like my previous stay, which gave me such a reassuring sense of familiarity. The location of the property is awesome; surrounded by the woods with a fantastic view towards Salzburg and the valley. Also, the apartment itself is almost new, everything is in a perfect state and the furniture and the equipment is of a high quality. But maybe more importantly is that the hosts, Susie and Frank, are the perfect hosts! Very kind, very friendly, you have a feeling that you’ve come to a family member’s home and not rented some stranger’s apartment. They even took our little kid on a tractor ride without even asking them or expecting that from them (the kid loved it).
