We had a nice stay at this family friendly hotel. Communication was prompt and easy. The staff was super friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean with a lot of storage space and a nice balcony with a good view. The food (we had half-board) was plentyful and very good. The area is lovely for walks and excursions. There is a small swimming lake a 10 minutes drive away. There is a good playground at the hotel and safe for children to be out playing. We can recommend this hotel for both young and old guests.

Everything went according to previous alignments. The house is big enogh for two families, separate kitchens and bathrooms, all well equiped, although it is a bit old-fashioned. Good price / value rate, reliable owner. Recommended.

We had a car engine breakdown on our way south and stayed in Hartberg while it was fixed. In total we had four nights in Zum Brauhaus, two adults and a dog. The service was really great and the staff was kind and helpful. Felt like coming to a family house! Rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms functional. Breakfast was freshly made each morning and included fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, bread, yoghurt with various jams and mueslis, coffee/tea brought to your table and eggs made to your liking. Location was great for walking, there were several cafés and small shops around. The restaurant in Zum Brauhaus was also excellent. Good wifi, quiet, pet friendly, parking available. It's closed on Mondays but the breakfast is served every morning. If you check in on Monday they have clear instructions on where to call.

Very nice hosts in this family owned hotel. The rooms are very specious. The dinner was great, and the included breakfast is very generous. Location is a gem, for nice hiking around the area.

,you can tell that the owners put their heart in this amazing little house. its so beautifully built and decorated and they thought of every detail! its retro look and very special. its equipped with EVERYTHING you need in the kitchen, bath, woods for the fire, and really everything. .we stayed with kids (7,11) who loved the place (especially the sweet attic) and didn't want to leave... the place is quiet and you can take nice walks right when you leave the cabin. we stayed in winter in cold days and it was super warm all the time. the small village is nice and there is a near supermarket and local restaurants. there is a nice playground and pony rides few min walk from the cabin
