Super friendly owner We are introduced to their donkeys, cockerels, pigs, sheeps. Touching donkeys were exceptional experience for me and my kids. The appartment is spacious and clean. They gave fresh eggs and fruits.

We enjoyed the one night visit. A nice experience to stay with friendly hosts and enjoy a lovely breakfast. Our children and dog felt at home here too.

We stopped over for one night on the way to Holland. The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of 6. Also the added bonus of being able to fed the alpacas. The host are very friendly and welcoming.

Loved this converted bus on the border! Lovely hosts, clean, functional and fun setup inside the converted bus. Loved the sheep nearby, ease of access and clear communication from the hosts.

The cottage is very spacious, and yet cosy on a rainy November night. A big comfortable living room with kitchen, an excellent modern bathroom, and upstairs a huge bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and I very much appreciated the offered drinks in the fridge! The location is very quiet, in a fine park-like neighbourhood. I attended an event at Wijnegem, for which the location at Schilde was perfect. Pity I couldn’t stay more than one night!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The breakfast was amazing! The house was warm and comfortable. Herman (host) was great! He helped us with our travel plans and pointed out places of interest for us to see while we were there. He was really friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely stay there again!
