The staff were so very helpful and honestly, they made our stay, we had some bad news during our stay and had to leave early the next morning but they couldn't do enough to help us, even making us a packed lunch for our long journey ahead. There was a small covered area big enough to park our motorcycle which was really handy too. The room was clean and comfortable too.

Everything was wonderful! Only 10-15 min from German-Swiss border in Konstanz. We are family with 4 adults and 1 kid and we had Appartment 1 on the ground floor with big windows and at the quite side. The appartment was very clean, fresh, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen had everything. Only 1 tea cup was missing, but it was not a problem.

Everything is perfect. Mrs Guillebeau made sure that we feel at home during our stay there. The breakfast was very good as well.

The location of the property was great, very accessible to shops and the train station. The apartment itself was very generous for a couple with separate living and dining area. Well equipped apartment. The lake view from the balcony was sensational. The host was very communicative and responsive, thank you for the wonderful stay at your apartment!
