Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. Katrina the daughter of the owners was absolutely unbelievable. There was a few technical issues when we arrived and she had them all sorted with a personal visit. She even took us to the shop to get some groceries, beautiful beautiful place to stay immaculate grounds out the front. There’s a swimming hole channel that’s just a few hundred metres up the beach overall could not fault. Across the road there is a fantastic little coffee shop for breakfast and they do lovely Asian food for dinner. Had the best sausage roll ever. Not really recommend this location and property.

I absolutely love this place, I hope to look here again. The host was very nice, we could borrow scooter and kayaks and helped us with everything we needed. :)

Tavake Villa exceeded all expectations and truly made our Aitutaki experience unforgettable. The villa itself is immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is breathtaking. Waking up each morning to panoramic lagoon views and peaceful surroundings felt like a dream. If you're looking for privacy, comfort, and an authentic slice of paradise, Tavake Villa is the place to be. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aitutaki.

An incredible villa , location and privacy . Great views of the lagoon, walking the beach. Breakfast on the verandah. Kitchen is small but so well equipped. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is even a first aid and sewing kit . Can’t wait to return Hosts are very friendly and helpful
