The breakfast was lovely with pancakes, cheese and ham toastiest, fruit, coffee etc. Room 11 had a table and chairs in the room and the courtyard is a nice place to sit and chill. Very safe neighbourhood where you can walk around with lots of places to eat or drink.

Very nice and spacious apartment in a very safe area. We are a group of 6 people staying for a few days there to explore the city and we enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. Everything is clean and perfect, beddings are very comfy. There is also underground parking provided. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended this apartment if anyone is planning to visit Santiago!! 🙂

We stayed in Casa Fuerteventure the day before we had an early flight. It is located in a quiet residential area at 6 km from the airport, so this is ideal when you have to catch a flight. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated, it is all brand new. You can make use of the kitchen to prepare your own meal or use the fridge to keep your drinks cool. There is a small private swimming pool which you can use. Above all the hospitality of the female owner is top!

I felt the flat as a whole was in need of real deep–clean, windows, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, shelving. The sofa was stained. The bed headboard was worn down. Bed mattress should have mattress protective cover. Sheets were slippery and would not stay in place so that I woke up half on the bare mattress with the sheets all over the place. Great hot water and powerful shower. There were a couple of automatic (chemical) air scent devices, one of which emitted a spray regularly which I found overwhelming. The position of the flat in the vast residential block is shaded from the direct glare of the scorching sun which was a real relief. The flat was comfortably cool therefore during the day, still with plenty of light flooding the flat. That was very nice. Kitchenette old and worn. I didn’t feel inspired to cook in any case since my stay was very short. To be honest it felt as if the long term occupier/s had vacated her/ his/their flat for the duration of my stay (two nights) and had quickly wiped things down and changed the sheets. I would rate the stay 7.9.
