Large modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic setting with green flowery gardens, a small lovely pool and tennis and pickleball courts which we rented a few times. In total around 15 houses in the condominium. We stayed there for around a week and really enjoyed it. We had a car which made it easy to move around, but note that Nosara center and restaurants and beach is quite far away. Our neighbors however said they got around easily with a tuk-tuk and we saw several golf carts rentals. The house we got was reasonably well equipped, but towels were quite old and some plates were missing. Houses are built in around 2017 and in OK quality (not US/European quality). Management is super friendly and helpful, but a little laissez faire; around 10 spots/light bulps were not working, pool was not cleaning daily during windy days and full of leaves, etc. We would come back should we ever return to Nosara (and had an own vehicle).

This was a beautiful fun place to stay! We got our room entry number prior to arrival and were able to get into our room immediately! The room was spacious and clean! This was a very quiet hotel with a lovely pool for dipping in after a hot day or early morning swim! The ladies serving breakfast were always welcoming and mad a delicious breakfast! Our main way to travel were by tuk-tuks. Love them!! They go everywhere for a very economical price. Our main driver was Erling! He was fantastic-always on time and, if he wasn't available he would send someone else! The manager, CoCo, was quick to respond and was helpful!

Surfhost is situated on the seafront in Garza, a few steps from Garza. The property has sea views.

Access to the beach and town was excellent. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Property is very well equipped but could use a bit of maintenance (e.g., broken cupboard, chipped tile in the kitchen).

The location is great, very close to restaurants and the beach but also quiet. It's nice to have a living room + kitchen and balconies. Beds were comfortable + AC in the bedrooms is enjoyable. There is everything in the flat if you need to cook.

Great place to stay outside of town in the ‘jungle’, monkeys, humming birds inclusive. The wooden homes are equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. 5min drive from Samara Beach. Friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend staying here!
