This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get to know the real Sal and its people. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel not only welcome, but truly at home. The room was super comfy, and the food was always delicious (be sure to try one of Candida's secret recipes for dinner, if you get the chance). I was provided with all the help and advice I needed in order to explore the island, and Candida and Martin personally took me to places that only local people know about. If, like me, you prefer a quiet, remote beach over those crowed, touristy ones: there's a small one just a short bicycle ride away – although I usually opted for a walk through to beautiful steppe landscape to get there. If you prefer spending your days with the other tourists down in the south of the island: Santa Maria beach is only 20 minutes by bus – which may sound complicated at first, but is actually super fun and convenient (and it only costs 1 Euro). I could go on praising this place for two weeks (which is actually the amount of time I stayed), but I'll just stop here – not without saying: Thank you, Candida & Martin, for the wonderful time at kleine schweiz! There was good wifi, air conditioner (which was great, because it was really really hot). The owner was super super nice. Close to the airport and city centre.

The Host was amazing and very kind. I had some problems with my mom cause she had a late flight and had some problems with her taxi. The host waited for her and support us in everything. The apartment was very clean and big. Amazing shower. Thank you so much for everything!

Absolutely amazing! The apartment is so beautiful, clean and well stocked! We stayed for 30 days and the apartment was absolutely brilliant. The pool and restaurant and SOOOO NICE!! The beach being so close is such an amazing feature too! PERFECT
