It was a total surprise. Very clean and tidy. Proper de Longhi Coffee machine already filled with beans. Kitchen had all that was required to cook a meal if required. Public Transport was outside of our door to the Song Festival grounds. Tram to Baltic Market and Telliskivi was around the corner. Viru Keskus was one block up the road with a Rimi Supermarket and Shopping Centre with a Department store Chemist etc. Plus a Food Court if required. The Facilities in Bob W were fantastic. Laundry room available. Walking distance to the Old Town

Location is paramount, and this is the perfect base for exploring Tallinn's old town. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Lilia and Anna were both friendly and very helpful to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Tallinn, although we haven't met in person. They were also prompt in addressing any issues we encountered. Lovely house in beautifull garden with homely feeling. House has everything a traveler needs, equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy bathroom. The equipment is older, but it gives the soul to the place. We did not meet the host, because the keys were in the locker, which was perfectly fine. House is in quiet area, in the garden. Walking distance to the city centre approx 15-20 minutes by slow walking.
