It was in a lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of Aswan. Puck and her team at the guest house were very attentive and friendly. Abina was always there for us helping us out with all we needed for our room. Yasser made the mistake of delicious bread for breakfast. On our first morning we arrived early of the ferry crossing and wandered through the little lane ways assisted by the locals … it was so heartwarming and then we met Yasser and he made us feel instantly at home . The smell of the freshly baked bread was just so so nice . He made us feel instantly at right at home . Later that evening we met Puck again so welcoming and friendly. Loved our stay in a lovely comfortable cheery room looking out onto a lovely tropical garden..

The unique location in the village was fantastic. The rooms were new and very clean. Clean sheets and towels were provided. The greatest highlight was the traditional seating area on the terrace. It was very relaxing to just sit there and enjoy the views of the Nile. Food was homemade and fresh and delicious. The host took care of everything personally and we felt very comfortable. We strongly recommend a stay at NUBA HEART when at Aswan.

Abu the owner was waiting for us at midnight for the boat ride to the guesthouse (part of the service) and offered us a free room upgrade. He arranged tours and car, transfer from airport at good rates. Nice rooms and a sunny terrace for breakfast. The property is located in a quiet and safe area (as the rest of the Island is). Free access to kitchen and washing machine. Overall, the guesthouse is great value for money. Abu, his nephew Mohamed and the rest of the family are lovely people, friendly and helpful. New larger rooms will be ready shortly.

We spent 2 nights here . Wish we spent more . So sad to leave this place ! The room was exactly like the pictures . Spacious and clean , has all what you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom has hot water as well . The view from the Roof is breathtaking and so peaceful. We had an amazing breakfast there as well as dinner that we asked the host to prepare it for us. Just one word FANTASTIC and so tasty. The host ( Doha ) was taking care of us , helped us do a boat tour and arranged Abu simble trip for us ; When we had to leave at 3:40 am for it , she even packed breakfast for us to take away. Honestly such a sweet and thoughtful gesture . We felt very welcomed and they treated us like guests not like strangers. One important thing is that the hosts were very honest too ! I can’t recommend this place enough . - the location is also very convenient: 5 min by car from train station and then 5 min max by the public ferry boat.

Lovely room in the peaceful Elephantine Island. Great host. It is very easy to reach from Aswan, boats cross the Nile river every 5 minutes and cost 10EGP (0.20 euro), or 50 EGP between 11pm and 6am. There are nice restaurants around, and a nice museum about the Nubian culture called Animalia.

The hotel is located on Nubia island which is very traditional and beautiful place away from the city vibes that Aswan gives. You take a small boat to go to Aswan which takes 1 minutes and costs 10-15 cents. Very well maintained rooms which amazing view to the Nile river. And the restaurant at the hotel I will admit had the best food that we tried in Egypt and in really good prices as well. Overall the best choice we made in our trip and booked this hotel.

I had an amazing stay. The location is very beautiful and serene. The perfect spot to enjoy the magic of Nile river and the desert. The room was very quiet so I could rest very well. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mohamed speaks very good english that made my stay easy and comfortable. This is a bonus as is so rare to find people that speak good english in Egypt. This is a place to come back in the future. The breakfast was very generous and super tasty. They helped me to arrange a felucca trip that I really enjoyed. Thank u guys for everything.
