Everything! Had a lovely comfortable stay . Home from home , everything we needed and so close to the centre (right near the Minster , shops , restaurants , pubs , Flemingate and train station) . Lovely Yorkshire welcome pack with wine, yummy biscuits and crisps .. and Yorkshire tea. Slept well in the comfy beds.

Made to feel at home. Hosts very friendly. Property very clean and warm. Downstairs bedroom and ensuite wet room was ideal for elderly relative. Lovely quiet place. Handy for coast and Beverley. It was great we could park right outside the property. Off street and gated. Plenty of hot water and great shower. So glad there was a dishwasher and washing machine.

2nd time we have stayed here. Very convenient for the town. Very clean and comfortable. Allowed us to stay just one night. We traveled by train; was very close to station. If you did come by car great to have a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend and will use again when we come to Beverley to visit family.

    The standard of the accommodation is exceptional. It’s obvious that the property has been designed & furnished to a standard that is far higher than most short term rental properties and real attention to detail. It looks lovely and is homely and comfortable. The Old Dairy is our favourite place to stay when visiting family. The landlady & family are helpful & inviting. Highly recommended!!

    The location was excellent and we really liked the area, especially its proximity to the Minster and the lovely green in front of the surrounding properties which was like a village green. The owner was very helpful and all the equipment was modern/plentiful. The house was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

    Superb holiday cottage. Very comfortable and stylish. Comfy and clean beds. Love the TVs in all rooms. Kitchen very well-equipped. Sofa lovely and comfy. Outside area immaculate. Gorgeous roll top bath and large walk-in shower. Could find no fault at all. Well placed for centre of town. Just a few minute stroll. Lots of nice eateries close too. Parking in car park straight across the road for £5 for 24 hours. All in all a great stay and delighted with the property.
