It was a real surprise for us. The location in Oakham was very central, metres off the main town centre. Then we entered the room, it was a great size, including a large double bed, sofa and an exceptional bathroom. The host left a very good continental breakfast including cereals, bread, youghart, butter, jam and a bottle of milk. Well done and thank you to our host Alison

The room was very well prepared and the couple managed the stay efficiently with lots of local information and facilities available. They were very friendly on arrival and made us feel welcomed throughout. They were also able to answer minor queries by text which was helpful.
