On arrival the heating was not working, the owner responded very quickly and resolved the issue straightaway within 5 minutes, so we were nice and warm Property was very well equipped with comfortable beds. and upon arrival there was tea,coffee,milk and some biscuits which was a very welcome surprise. nice touch decor was very nice. good amount of kitchen equipment and appliances. very safe for children, bar and grill on the complex was outstanding service and helpfulness. everyone in he area were super friendly and helpful. would 1 million percent recommend to family and friends everything was just perfect.

    Very quirky little B n B. Set in a village next to the green. The building is an old school house built in 1866. There is good vibe in the building with a small bar and antiques all around as there is a small antique shop next door. If we had more time we would have liked to have a look around

    The school building is fascinating and we stayed in one of the old workshop rooms outside which was cosy with everything we needed and with a large bathroom. Having a fridge was handy and fresh milk was provided. The accommodation is set in a beautiful village with lots of easy footpaths to roam around, and a great local pub. The breakfast at the chalk and cheese was lovely; fresh fruit and a great veggie option. Bridget and Andrew were welcoming and friendly. We'll be back.

    We liked the quirkiness of the Workshop (the room we stayed in) and it being separate from the main building. There was a small fridge, we were given milk for our tea and there were lovely biscuits in the room. We loved the breakfast, which was made to order and delicious, with fruit, high standard fruit juices, huge selection of cereals and toast and many different spreads. The hosts were welcoming and treated us really well, including offering to plate up our fish & chips which we bought from a van in the village.

    The B&B is in a nice small village with a pub which does food most nights The hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a nicely appointed bathroom & shower. Breakfast was nice. We had the cooked breakfast but cereal and other options were available. A nice little touch... fresh milk was provided for if you wanted a cuppa in your room. The B&B itself is quite 'quirky' inside but that makes it all the more memorable.

    The village was lovely & somewhere that we would like to live in the future. The B&B was very quirky as there was so much to see within the house which was an old school house full of antiques in every room! The hosts were lovely people, very friendly and informative. The breakfast was delicious & they used locally sourced products.
