Very clean, the hot tub is a great bonus! Love the welcome chocolate and bottle of bubbly….fabulous hosts! Ash was quick to respond to any questions I had. The site itself is fab and the club house is great, we visited Saturday / Saturday night and the walk home with our flashlights was hilarious…after a few bevvies! The hot tub was private and absolutely divine and was super clean and ready to go even had a pull over canopy in case it rained. The owner was just a text away if needed.
