In general fantastic place. Some things are not fully finished here and there, but overall it is a great house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and 2 terraces. In one bedroom there are 2 beds. In the other 2 bedrooms, there are double beds. Everything is clean. Fully and well-equipped kitchen. Very hidden and quiet place. We heard birds singing a lot) The drive-through is very well maintained.

One of the best stays that we had in Georgia. Aunt Sveta was a sweetheart and the best host we have ever had. She welcomed us with some home made dinner which was not a part of our package. They really made us feel at home with their warmth and love. Our daughter loved the place as there were many pets for her to play. She felt like she had a visit to her grandparents house. Highly recommended and a must visit when in Kutaisi.

It’s an amazing 100 year old house which still holds is history and roots and it can be felt everywhere. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and well decorated. We especially enjoyed the common area next to the winery, it had very cozy atmosphere and facilities for convenience. We also had a let with us, and we enjoyed the huge garden space as well!

Beautiful place with welcoming hosts. They cooked a huge dinner for us just for 20 Lari each and have homemade wine from qvervi. An experience I won’t forget. Very quiet too.
