This place is awesome ,it’s located 10 minutes away from the Vardzia caves . The owner,Tsotne is a young and nice guy.He speaks English ,helpful and warm to give you a lot of information when you need .He and his family take care of the guests. The room is very spacious and clean ,show is great (good water pressure) .In the morning,Tsotne’s Mum cooked such a delicious breakfast,the portion and food choice are both great.We ate them all. The parking is right by the house ,the house garden is also designed by Tsotne with good taste.

An atmospheric getaway with authentic Georgian food. The hosts were so kind and cooked us an amazing dinner (they offered breakfast as well but we had to leave). The location is stunning and close to the main area of Vardzia. The bed was also very comfortable, and the shower worked great! We loved hanging out outside with their dog and cows.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful place with my family (myself, my wife, and our three kids). The hosts were incredibly hospitable, the meals were absolutely delicious; we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, which were prepared with fresh ingredients right from their beautiful garden. The honey, too, was exceptional—especially for gourmands like myself who appreciate honey in the comb. =) Overall, a memorable experience with excellent food and warm, welcoming hosts.

Aleksandre and his family are the loveliest hosts who will make you feel like part of the family by offering you fresh fruits from the garden, homemade wine and chacha. Their place is beautiful, with a big garden, fruit trees like mulberry, cherry and peach. The rooms are simple but had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The property is in a beautiful area near the river, just a ten minutes drive away from the cave city of Vardzia.

We spent one night in the wooden house “Tsunda” and we would have liked to stay there longer. They were super friendly and the food was really tasty. They also gave us their homemade wine which was also delicious. The accommodation had everything you need. There is also a spring on site where you can get fresh water. Since we were alone on the site, they turned off the lights for us at night so we could see the stars, which was beautiful. If you are there by car, we recommend you go to the Sulfur Baths near Vardzia. It looks strange from the outside, but it was a great experience to go into the river after swimming in the hot spring. We would have liked to have spent more time at the Wooden House “Tsunda” to take a longer look at the surroundings and spend another night in the quiet accommodation. If we are in Georgia again we will definitely come here again!

It was a beautiful stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Georgi the son of the owners took us on a horse ride that was the most amazing experience I had. The owner provided us with breakfast and dinner even on short notice. I would highly recommend staying there and looking forward to come back soon.
