Generally the apartment feels like home away from home. I feel like the owners paid attention to the comfort and needs of guests from abroad. I love the overall cleanliness of the entire apartment and the amenities were all accessible and complete. The hostess Evelyn was very kind and helpful and readily available to advise on local issues. Always with a broad sincere smile. I really appreciated that. Eyram the manager was also very gracious in her reception.

This was my 3rd stay at Bays Boutique Apts and as always, my stay was excellent. Both Mabel and Miriam give excellent customer servic. Both ladies are friendly, helpful and always willing to offer a helping hand if needed. Abraham, the night security guard, was also helpful and respectful.
