Property and location was stunning. Home comforts was great , outdoor sports was brilliant and social outdoor area is amazing. Tenia was a great host. The house was so clean and designed very good. There is everything you need. It was a tiny but classy house. Tenia helped a lot when we needed. My two kids also enjoyed the house. We would like to stay again :))

This is our second stay in this facility. Location is a huge plus, the house is a few meters away from the beach. Basic kitchen supplies, netflix and youtube tv, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, refrigirator, bathroom supplies are present. Each room has it's AC. Beach and sea is clean with sand, usually not windy(must check before). There are lots of facilities for food in the perimeter. A small market is present nearby for basic daily needs. Car parking won't be a problem.

We really like the house, it has a cute design and the owner’s hospitally was amazing. I can stay there again again. The house is close to the beach (approx 3 min by walking). The beach was beautiful and clean.

    A lovely family run hotel, amazing breakfast, helpful staff who assisted me in booking a boat to Türkiye. There was a big storm when we stayed and we felt comfortable, although the Wi-Fi was a bit weak in the bedrooms. A quiet corner of the island that is a great starting point for the mastic museum, villages of mesta ans Pyrgi and a wonderful beach nearby.

    The truth is that it is one of the best holidays, because of my stay in this hotel …near the sea and restaurants, and the historical village of pyrgi is ten minutes away from it, the village of mesta 20 minutes …., and most important of all, the hospitality and kindness that (Giorgos ) gave us … I advise everyone who wants to visit Chios to reside here

    The hotel is extremely calm and secluded, within walking distance of Mavra Volia. The owner is very friendly and facilities are organized and clean. Since the pandemic there's no breakfast service, however there are amenities (refrigerator, Nespresso & coffee Machine, cutlery) so you can shop from the local market and have breakfast in the room. It is close to some of the most beautiful villages in the island (Pyrgi, Mesta, Olympi, and Apothika). It's a nice place to stay if you want to explore Southern Chios.
