Stavros Melathron Studios was the perfect stay for our stay in Rhodes. We had a large room on the ground floor, with full access to the pool area. The property is situated in a large garden and gives the best space to relax. The pool is very large and well taken care of and the kitchen is fully equipped. The property is well-situated, with a beach, coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. But above all, the best thing about this place is the hospitality of the owners, whom we thank for arranging us taxis, offering advice and always being the perfect hosts.

What a beautiful and relaxing place! This place exceeded our expectation in all aspect. This design apartment has a very good taste and there were everything what we needed. Fully equipped Kitchen, beautifully interiored clean room. We stayed in ground floor, so we spent a lot of time not just our room but also at he our own private space where we can relax. It felt like we do not need to go outside all the time, but we could spend a lot of time also in the apartment. Aparment is very well maintained and also common area were very clean. Common area was very big, and also very beautifully decorated. And one of the most special thing in this apartment was the receptionist. She is most kind receptionist I have ever seen. She really welcomed us and I could see that she loves this place very much. She helped and advised us whenever we needed the advice, and was willing to help us. I really would like to thank her, and thank to the all employees here. We had great holiday in this apartment and we will be back there soon. :) Summary: This is a hidden germ in Rhodes. so STAY HERE!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very well maintained, clean and fully equipped with everything you might need – including a washing machine, an electric grill and even laundry detergent. The balcony is a real highlight – perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Parking is easy, just across the street and there’s a supermarket right in front of the building, which is super convenient. The beach is within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. To explore the area more comfortably, having a car is definitely must and helpful. All in all, it was the perfect accommodation. Highly recommended

Peter and his wife were super nice and helpful, they helped us to find car for rent, showed around the most popular places in Faliraki and were overall great hosts. The place was very clean, room had small kitchen with most important appliances, air conditioning, balcony with view to the mountains and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Peter was easy, he was extremely helpful, even provided us with some champagne and fruits upon arrival for our honeymoon and everything we needed for breakfast. The place was a bit further from city centre but we could still comfortably walk to bar street in about 20 minutes which is a big plus. Also there were free parking on the street.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. It felt as if we were visiting our own family's summer house. The owners are very friendly, hospitable, and warm-hearted people. Michailis, Yannis, and Georgios were always ready to assist us. They did everything to make our little daughter and us happy. Every morning, Yannis brought different local delicacies from the bakery for our daughter, showing how thoughtful, kind, and gentlemanly he is. Michailis, with his positive energy, brought joy every time we saw him. Georgios was always there in the background, ready to help and give us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Yannis has two adorable, friendly dogs named Ira and Lisa, and they played a big part in making our stay enjoyable. Every day, we fed them, played with them, and they were wonderful companions for our child. As for cleanliness, we have never seen such an immaculate place! In the best way possible, of course. Everywhere was spotless; towels and sheets were constantly cleaned, and we were even surprised to find they washed our dishes. We were not expecting such outstanding service. We were very satisfied. The location was perfect, with everything worth visiting or swimming in within a 10-15 minute drive. Yannis recommended Agathi to us, and we fell in love with that beach at first sight. However, renting a car is a must if you're staying here. Actually, you should be mobile no matter where you stay on the island, as there are so many places to explore around. The beaches are fantastic, the sea is clean, and the Greek people are genuinely friendly. When they realize you're Turkish, they treat you like a sibling, showing great interest and engaging in pleasant conversations. To sum it up, we did not expect any of this. This was our first visit to Rhodes, and Villa Maroula made our holiday and visit perfect! Thank you so much, Villa Maroula family, we love you and can't wait for our next visit.

What a lovely stay we had. The staff were fantastic and so helpful with suggestions about local beaches, restaurants & public transport. Our room was lovely & cleaned daily by the wonderful Maria ❤️ And the breakfast of eggs, bread, jam, tea & juice was so nice. Helios also has private pools for some rooms, & an agreement with two local pools in case you miss out. 💦 It was a perfect place to rest. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, Sun Maris is the place to be if you want to feel at home. Everything was clean, nice pool, good airconditioning, confortable beds, location is central to everything, 5 min walk to the beach, 1 min walk to bus stations, at 1 min away from reastuarants and cocktail bars. Mary is the warmest, and kindest person that I ever met, she will help you with every question you have. At the bar you have delicious drinks and food dat Mary makes. I wish my hollidays could be longer at Sun Maris. Worth to try. Greetings.

    Very nice villa with a beautiful garden, turtle, jacuzzi, pound with fishes! Everything was clean, kitchen has all kitchenette stuff, close to the city center. The owner is very helpful and pleasant woman. I definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay an Nicoles’s place!

    The size of the villa was amazing for our party of 9. A mix of family. We never felt crowded. The layout was great. The pool and area was lovely and cool inside. The kitchen was home from home with everything you would need at hand. The views were outstanding. Overlooking Falaraki Bay. The location is in between Falaraki and Kalithea with everything less than 10mins drive.

    The villa was spacious, with a gorgeous view. We loved the outdoor terrace eating area and in built bbq. We could walk down to the beaches and able to explore Rhodes old town in the evenings.

    The landlady was the nicest lady in the world! She brought us traditional food & parting gifts after our stay. The villa was big & clean, the outdoor area was very nice & the big pool was amazing. All kitchen/bathroom utensils worked fine, and every room had a working TV.
