We had an extraordinary stay at Petras Resort and especially the very empathic and service minded receptionist Alexandros made a very positive difference. When we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful white female cat that was obviously very pregnant. This sweet and lovely cat came to our apartement several times and was very communicative. We formed a bond with the cat and at the end of our stay it gave birth to three tiny kittens in front of us. An amazing experience. Alexandros and his colleauges promised to take care of the mother cat and its kittens when we left even though it was not their formal responsability. We really appreciate the positive and professional engagement the staff showed in this unusual situation. The white cat is a great ambassador for the hotel and we hope that she will be there next time we come. The apartement hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed. We had out own pool but could also use the infinity pool in front of the reception. The area is quiet and you need a car to go there. But it is beautiful and very peaceful.

Very nice furnished apartment, new and clean. The pool area is great. The location - perfect for day trips to Elafonisi, Balos and Falassarna beach. The host is awesome. She welcomed us so warm, with homemade breakfast and raki. I can only recommend this place!

We loved the freedom, the calm and the authenticity of the hosts who have been genuinely friendly. Jeko, the dog, reflects exactly this! The place is lovely, cleen and near two of the three most beautiful beach of the island. Elefteria has always been extremely helpful and abundant in giving accurate and clever advice. We definitely recommend this place.

Location to the beach and not far from a fabulous restaurant plakures, avoid the food at the two front beach bars... unfortunately Adam restaurant wasn't open when we were there so can't comment on this one. Very private apartment with a lovely balcony with great views of the sunset. Beach was by far the best in Crete we've been too.
