Wow, what a magical place!! We were the first ones to open the season of summer 25 and we are lucky :) First of all, the owner Benjamin such a nice person, available to everything and really helped me to organise the best birthday to my boyfriend. The suit was clean, quiet (!!!), beautiful and with such a nice view. The village Agios Nikitas is absolutely stunning and the location is perfect, close to all the beautiful beaches and the best restaurants! We will come back again for sure, the sooner the better! The apartment was clean to the point that everything looked brand new. The bed was so comfortable! The view was incredible. We only stayed one night to discover the west side of Lefkada, Nikolas gave us a run down of the best beaches to see and marked them all on a map for us. Nikolas, the host, was so friendly and attentive. The kitchen, though we didn't use it, was fully equipped for whipping up a meal. There was a fridge, freezer, small oven, microwave, coffee brewer, kettle, toasties machine...everything! I would highly reccomend a stay here and i wish we couldve stayed longer. The walk to the closest beach took us 15 mins down (a little longer on the way up due to the hills and my fitness levels!!) Thank you so much for having us and for all your help, Nikolas!

The room was cozy and very clean. We had a chance to pick which room we want since both of them were free. Location is perfect if you want to walk to the Agios Nikitas beach or Milos. Agatha was cleaning our room every two days, changing sheets, towels etc. She’s been texting me frequently if we need anything and asking if everything is fine. Gave us the umbrella since the first day - believe me you’ll need it very much if you want to explore the beaches as we did. Also it’s perfect for sleeping because it was very quiet.

Hristina was a very kind and welcoming host who always greeted us with great warmth and a smile on her face. She advised us where to go and how to find our way around. The room was very clean, with a kitchenette equipped with everything we needed, air conditioning and a bathroom.The host cleaned our room every 3 days. Having artistic inclinations, the house was decorated with all kinds of things made by her: paintings, decorations, all kinds of cactus, special arrangements. When we left, she gave us a gift with dedication also made by her. We thank her and recommend South Side Lefkada to others. We felt excellent there. Gina and Fredi

Kostas is a very good host. When we arrived he gave us a map of Lefkada with recommended places to go. We really liked that. Also he is always available for anything that you need. Kostas is working really hard to keep the Villa in a perfect shape, as well as hosting the guests. About the property, it is located very close to Agios Nikitas, 5 minutes by car and easy access to the other famous beaches. We liked that it was very peaceful especially during the nights, staying next to the pool and enjoying the summer nights. Also the sunsets were amazing with the perfect view from the pool. The apartment had everything we need, and the most important it was very clean.
