The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

Nice clean room, very convenient check-in via a key box, so that you can check in at a time that is convenient for you. A wonderful large balcony. A good bathroom, a shower with different water modes, a comfortable mattress. Friendly willing to help staff. Position is great - just in line with a perfect beach, directly from the very nice backyard with a great palm tree. It’s very easy to find, ~7km before Neos Marmaras, right after the Lagomanda beach from the direction of Nikiti. Safe and quiet neighbourhood, mainly private villas. The villa is divided vertically into two apartments (left and right). Left one is for rent (looking from the street), with a separated backyard and parking lot. On the apartment ground floor is a large area - living room with a kitchen (fully equipped) and a small WC (without a shower). On the 1st floor are two rooms (with exit to the terrace - sea view) and a nice bathroom. Small stairs connecting the two floors can be a problem for a disabled persons and very small children, but for us (family of four - two adults and two kids 13yo) they’re ok. The beach is very comfortable, it’s not crowded, and the owner provides all necessary equipment. Two air conditioners (one on each floor) where very helpful during hot days. In general - my personal recommendation if you want very quiet, calm vacation and almost private beach for you and your family. Thanks for the hospitality! 👍

This exceeded my expectations! The apartment was located in the perfect part of the city; it was extremely clean, great conditions, very comfortable bed. We were able to fully appreciate the venue also because of the great hospitality of the host. He made sure everything was perfect and even sent us recommendations of things around, and was available for anything we needed. 10/10 and we are absolutely going back in a couple months.

Brand new apartments, very modern. Everything was perfect. Beds are very comfy. It's very close to the sea but yet in quite part of the city. The hosts are very helpful and available all the time. Would recommend and visit agin for sure. 10/10

Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean and comfortable house! The house is in a private area with free parking. There is a big and lovely garden when you could relax, make barbeque and have dinner. In the house everything is well organised - you could find everything for your vacation.

The apartment was super clean and tidy, notion to all details was put. Bed was comfy ( I liked the pillowcases very much), the living room is spacious and gives the sense of staying at an authentic Greek home; it's kids friendly, really clean- I need to stress this out again because it matters to me. I always travel with my bed linens because of my baby, but this time they remained packed in the suitcases. Surprisingly, despite the wonderful lusty garden, there were no mosquitoes inside, which means care was taken when preparing it for us. Thanks!!! Katy is a wonderful host, I have only words of gratitude. Thank you.
