The breakfast was excellent - fresh bread, orange juice, eggs. The most amazing thing is the location - among pastures with sheep :) A perfect place for trekking in the Samaria Gorge. Very friendly owner. I recommend!

Great, peaceful location without mass tourism; Sofia is an excellent host. She was always ready to help, answering almost immediately; the house is huge and fully equipped, with perfect views onto the mountains and the village; the road from Chania is perfect, we used to drive it every night without any problems. You can easily park next to the door.

The area, it's superb, not too crowded with about a dozen places to eat. There's a couple of nice walks nearby including one along the coast to the chapel of St Paul which takes about 2 hours. The water is also clear compared to some of the fine sand beaches.

Perfect place for spending a quiet, relaxing time amongst a beautiful village setting! The apartments are clean and very cozy, the bed is comfortable and the views from the balconies are just breath-taking. Nassos is so very friendly and helpful, he did also offer some wonderful advices for trips and activities in the area. The local restaurant with mountain views serve huge portions of delicious food. I fully enjoyed the 10 days, thank you!

Many walks and drives can be undertaken from the property. There are three Tavernas situated in the small village of Omalos.

    Everything the villa has everything you may want. Just be aware there are no supermarkets near by so bring food with you and some cards to enjoy the fresh evenings.

    Comfortable local style villas with two bedrooms, perfect for families with kids, there are private terraces and a shared pool. Really comfortable location to take Samaria’s trail. And this ambient sound of the sheep bells. Superb:)

    Everything. The host was extremely nice and woke up in the middle of the night to open the villa and show everything. The taverna and swimming pool were like a dream after all day hike.
