Excellent stay! The apartment is big, spotless clean and very cozy. The host, Paola, is so kind and welcomed us late at night with a last minute reservation after we missed our flight. My partner and I were extremely tired and finding fresh fruit and some snacks was a real blessing. The location is perfect if you want to stay in a quiet area near the airport. 100% recommended 😊

Paola and her husband are very welcoming and available. My family and I arrived very late at the apartment (12.30 pm) and Paola's husband welcomed us with watermelon. They also helped us with the taxi the next day and made sure we were comfortable during our staying. We really recommend the place!

The best is how the owners, Kosta and his wife Giorgia, are making you feel that you are at your home. They are really kind, and welcome is indeed very warm. They put for me milk, coffee, toasted bread, butter, sweets, fruits, beer, some wine.... even without having booked the breakfast. And for a small cost, much lesser than many taxis, they picked me up from the airport and bring me back there very early in the morning. Talking about the apartment, it is really close to the airport, maybe 8-10 minutes, but no noise can be heard from it. It is a really warming and cozy place, with a beautiful small garden. The pictures are not expressing the reality, because it is much nicer than it appears in the photos. Nearly new, you notice that they really take care of it. A lovely place to be.

Totallly clean and well appointed. Fully equipped kitchen, with a small easily cooked meal available. Excellent coffee machine and coffee. Beautiful, well equipped bathroom and bedroom with aircon. Friendly helpful staff. This place was truly excellent, one of the best I've ever had in twenty years.

    Welcoming and homely with exceptional customer service which made us feel special. The space was roomy with all the extra things provided, drinks, food, breakfast perfect. Close to airport for an easy stop over, and the Spata village feel was lovely and authentic, with nice restaurants and shops. Airport transfers also really helpful, loved our stay here.

    In a village near the airport. Possibility to early breakfast. We arrived late and almoust overslept. Luckily the 5 to 9 breakfast didn't mean it ends at 9 o'clock. We arrived by nine and coud eat without hurrying.

    A very comfortable and clean apartment, that feels like you are staying with family (or in a holiday villa!). The hosts arranged a taxi pickup from the airport to the property, and the door key is simple to find with the instructions they message you. The hosts even arranged my onwards taxi for the following morning. Great service, very helpful.
