The friendliness of the staff, both the cleaners and the host liaison, made us feel immediately at ease and taken care of. Any issues or questions we had (such as re-setting the air conditioner and fixing a sticky door) were attended to promptly. From picking us up at the airport and then dropping us back off to meet our friends, to coming over to the villa to see how we are getting on, offering advice, calling maintenance guy to check on things and to even giving us jumpers for a boat trip to keep us warm. Very helpful and the first day he gave us a map and pointed out places to see. He arranged for us to hire a vespa - good price. The Villa was located upon a small hill overlooking the sea and the view was fantastic and breath taking. Nice pool area.
