Large apartment , situated in a very good location , with private kitchen and terrace . Private parking, big garden, clean beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, beach bar. The sea is very calm, crystal clear water, the climate is sweet, no wind. There is also an open kitchen area where you can cook or grill fish and meat . The overall impression is very good, better than we expected, looking the pictures.

The studios are really nice, well decorated with specific greek objects and very well equiped with practical and nice furniture. There are MANY places in the court yard where you can sit to admire fruit trees (pomegranate in Septembet), relax, eat, make a grill or everything you like to do. The basilic bushes from many flowerpots in the court gave am increddible flavor the whole day. Each studio is different from each others, and this personalization is so nice, also a cosy place for eating available for each studio. The host, Anna, is a really wonderful person, efficient, available, hard working and all-time smiling. The change of the first studio to one better for our expectations was fast and natural. In September, you can see the olives harvesting and first step preparation, which was great! We could prepare ourselves dishes from sea food bought from the nearby harbour, Ormos Panagia (at 4-5 km from Vourvourou). The sea near Diaporos Island is at less than 200 m, a good point to start cruises with rented boats. Relatively close to Karidi beach, which is really wonderful (fine sand, clear sea water, spectacular stones in the small gulf, amazing view to Mount Athos).

    Maria Village is great for families as is close to the beach ( 1 minute walk) and the shop is just accros the street. Lovely lady in reception, helping with all the questions. Hotel is located within 20 minutes walk to beautiful Karidi beach. If you looking for some relaxing time I'd recommend this hotel. Definitely will be back.

    The location of the villa was exactly what we wanted, far from the crowd. The room exceeded our expectations. The location is close to wonderful beaches (Vourvourou, Karidy, Latoura, Lagonisi max 10 minute by car). Eva was close to our needs. Wonderful taverns or stores can be found 10 minutes by car from the location. If you choose the option of accommodation with breakfast, you will not have a varied breakfast, but you will eat the wonderful jams made by Eva, the traditional Greek yogurt or the giant olives.

    We were 4 adults and 5 children and stayed for 10 days at the villa. It was a lovely stay. The amazing view is simply stunning, especially with the early morning coffee. There is a small, beatiful beach just in front of the villa, which feels like a private one. Fava beach is around 5 min walking. Generally the location of the villa is excellent, in very quiet place and at the same time with easy acces to the main road (to Nikiti or Sarti).
