It’s absolutely perfect!! The sweetness of a grandmother house with all the modern comfort. It's indescribable wonderful to open the door and step into a beautiful little beach with transparent warm water! And to fall asleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to the song of the cicadas. The host is very friendly and kind, thank you so much for everything! The island is beautiful and peaceful! We had the most wonderful time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on the beautiful island of Koločep in Croatia! 🌊✨ The location was stunning — peaceful, full of nature, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They even treated us to delicious homemade cakes, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. 🥮💛 Everything about the place exceeded our expectations, from the cozy accommodation to the breathtaking surroundings. Antonella was waiting for us at the properties and showed us around, explaining all the features. The properties were beautifully decorated, in an amazing location right at the waterfront. Antonella and Nina were incredibly welcoming hosts. Nina even baked a traditional Croatian cake for us. We felt very spoilt and well cared for. Antonella even organised a water and land taxi to take us to our next destination. Thank you, both, for a wonderful holiday. We will be back!

This holiday can be described in words: paradise, delight and delight! Incredible nature, transparent sea and love of the hosts!! We are delighted! But this vacation is for those who do not like crowds, but prefer peace and quiet. Here, thank God, there are no embankments, discotheques and clubs!!! Excellent conditions: new furniture and appliances, plenty of bed linen, working equipment. The hosts took care of everything: from ear sticks to a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. And how the room was decorated!!! They made it feel like home, not a hotel! Their concern was manifested in everything, with a small presence and unobtrusiveness. I want to thank Ante and Ivice for EVERYTHING: for kindness, for gifts (fish and wine), for being there!! They are great workers and wonderful people! May God give them health, strength and grateful vacationers! Love you and hope to see you again!

We loved staying here for our vacation week. We were looking for a quiet place where we could relax. Barbara and her mother (maybe!) They were very kind! They made us feel at home with their sweets offered! The apartment very clean and tidy. We recommend everyone to spend some days here!

Amazing quiet place to spend our time on the beautiful island of Kolocep. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Great view from the terrace, walking distance from the beach. It's a family owned business with very nice and friendly owners. Lukša and his family warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. Special thanks for the homemade cake and fruit We highly recommend for a wonderful, family-friendly experience in a prime beachside location!

    We had a wonderful time at Villa Sea Dream. The hospitality of the owners was absolutely wonderful; we felt like we were honored guests. The apartment was cosy and the view from the terrace was really beautiful. We enjoyed every moment on the island; no cars, the nearest beach was litter-free, landscape, sunset and the local people. I wish to return to Villa Sea Dream someday.

    The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Being pretty much the last house in the village, it is lovely and peaceful, and there is a little pebble beach right in front of the house. It is perfect for a restful stay.

    It was vary fascinating to have the morning cup of coffee enjoing the excelent view of harbor. The sandy beach is great for chldren. In 4 days of holidays we hicked all around the island mountains, had found all secter beaches and diving places. In the bushes right close to the villa lives a family of turtles - that was a big fun for children to play and feed them.

    The host met us at the port which was so helpful. The villa was just what we needed and the location was superb with views of the harbour. Very spacious apartment with everything we needed. A superb place for a quiet, relaxed holiday.

    The location of the Villa is wonderful and the view from the patio is outstanding. The host and his family were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much to Luksa, Vicki, Kiara, Maria and Ivor. We were provided with delicious cake and cold juice on our arrival and they couldn't do enough for us. We were also given beautiful fresh figs from their garden to enjoy. It is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The local restaurant is about a five minute walk from the Villa and serves excellent food.
