We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation and the overall experience! Everything exceeded our expectations – from the beautifully decorated space to the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Francoise and Pascale were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive – their hospitality truly touched us. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, and we were especially impressed by the attention to even the smallest details. We felt completely at home, surrounded by warmth and care. The bathroom was wonderful with heated floors and really nice shower. The breakfast was so good and different on the two nights we stayed. We also really enjoyed the wine tasting. It's a great location if you have a car to explore the area.

This place is trully amazing! Friendly hosts, perfect location, quiet and private. The best thing was the fact that it is only 30 minutes away from the seaside (Rovinj, Vrsar) yet the temperature is much cooler and more pleasant! The house was well equipped with everything you might need, swimming pool perfectly clean and sufficiently big. Really an amazing place in the very heart of Istria!

The villa is extremely spacious and very well equipped. It is designed with a great thought and serves great for different guest types (family, friends, etc.). The bottom floor is one big space with kitchen and living room, while the upstairs has four bedrooms and bathrooms. The host is great and really made sure we had all we needed before and during our stay there. All of our requests were fulfilled with no issues. There is also a large outdoor kitchen with enormous gas grill. It is also located in a very peaceful and quiet environment. Overall, it is a great value for your money.

The location was beautiful. We are on a tour of Istria and the Croatian coast, and this was one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. The house itself is beautifully designed and furnished, very comfortable and we had everything available that we could possibly need. We only stayed for a few days, but are planning to go back in June. I hope the lovely hosts keep up the quality of what they do because it was quite exceptional. Communication after booking was excellent and this continued when required. The outside space was gorgeous and lovely for some fresh air. One of the best places and locations we have ever visited.
