I love everything about this place. It is basic yet you don’t need anything else. This place is one of the top accommodations I’ve been in Bali. It has beautiful palm trees garden, beautiful sunset view, ocean breeze, perfect mosquito nets, breakfast included in the price and they can even bring it to you by the ocean. If I come to Bali again, this is the place I want to go again.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, easy to visit the famous spot of East Bali by scooter, and it's really nice to go around the village or beach nearby. Breakfast tastes great, I love the banana pancake and fresh fruit. The wifi is good for online work. The most impressive thing is the staff wipe the seat dry of my scooter after raining, I even didn't ask for it, I found it when I am gonna going out after the big rain. By the way, you may rent a nicescooter from the cottage, but please make sure you can ride a scooter safely. I also enjoy the pickup trip with Mr. Nyoman and Mr. Mangku, esp Mr. Mangku. They try their best to have me exploring the beauty of Eastern Bali, and explaining the Bali culture, also took me to enjoy the nice local dish. Overall, the cottage is not a five star place, but the service is over 5 star, really recommend to those who want to explore Eastern Bali.

We stayed here one night as our boat to the Gili Islands got cancelled and were very happy with our stay. The price/quality ratio is really amazing. You get your own Bungalow with a big adjacent bathroom and even an exterior shower. The Gardens are beautiful and well upkept, the big Pool is very enjoyable. The staff is very Sweet and Serves a great breakfast.

Definitely the best hotel that I stayed at in Bali! I had such a welcoming and great 2 night stay at Alam Candi. The gentleman that checked me in and all the staff were outstanding! They showed me everything in the room, and had information leaflets about local things to do, it is a really organised place. I had a snack at the hotel restaurant one night and juice, and the sunset was incredible! There is a pool beside the restaurant. I also hired a scooter to go to Virgin Beach and the staff arranged it for me. The room is beautifully decorated with wood and stone, I would definitely stay here again, it is a great location with restaurants and shops on your door step.
