We were in Berna's Cottage for nearly 2 weeks and from the moment we entered the cottage it felt like home. The Cottage is cosy and perfect in every way. Cathy and Paul are perfect hosts and give you the feeling of a warm welcome when you arrive. The view from breakfast/Diner room is stunning and nice to start your day with.(and ofcourse the rest of the day) Bunclody is a lovely town with all needed for all that visit Berna's Cottage. Great amenities, very clean and the location was absolutely amazing. The owner came over the second day to make sure we were enjoying our stay which was lovely. The accommodation is only 10 minutes or so from Enniscorthy. We loved using the fireplace in the evenings and having coffee outside in the morning, 10 stars! Would definitely stay again, can't recommend enough.

The castle and property are beautiful. The apartment we were in was large and beautifully appointed with art and furnishings. The beds were so comfortable and so was the sofa. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. for cooking and had a nice sized refrigerator. The views all around were lovely.

We stayed here back in March. It was a great location for us to visit family. This time, we explored the area, and it is a great base for touring the Southeast coast. The cottage is situated in a quiet location, but only a short distance from the local town, Enniscorthy. The cottage is comfortable with all amenities, and there are lots of outside seating areas.
