Stunning views from both bedrooms.Very modern and very pleasantly furnished bedrooms. Lovely family atmosphere. Always made to feel very welcome. Amazing breakfasts with freshly baked scones, home made jam, fresh fruit salad, cereals, cooked and more! All served in dining area just off the bedrooms, with a beautiful sea view. Carole has put her heart and soul into making this one of the most perfect B&Bs we have ever stayed at. We would love to be able to go back to this place. IT is near the lively town of Dungarvan and within easy reach of Waterford.

Super lovely host that served us an excellent Irish breakfast. :) The room is small but cozy and just as we expected it. Everything was clean and functioning. The city centre can be reached within 10minutes walking distance. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our compliments to the townhouse. Our 2 room appartment was clean, nice and cozy with plenty of room. The apartment was perfectly appointed and nicely furnished. with all the comforts of home The shower was a good experience. Overall it made for a very pleasant stay Fantastic host. Cannot wait to visit again. Lily the host couldn't do enough for us. Cannot recommend enough. Ideal accommodation for family trips. Well located within walking distance of Dungarvan centre.

Great location, a very nice apartment with enough space for everybody. We liked the apartment a lot, also Dungarvan town is really nice. We mainly liked the pubs with live music. We would definitely like to come back.

    This an old building that has been painted and done up cheaply up to extract maximum short term letting rates. There is an effort to keep it clean but unfortunately the building is poor quality and needs a major retrofit. In my opinion its not suitable for letting.
