Lovely appointed room with extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful house in extremely quiet and peaceful location . Simon is a particularly attentive host and went way beyond the call of duty to sort out a problem with my booking. Breakfast was excellent , served to us in our room . Unfortunately we had to leave too early and couldn’t explore the beautiful wild garden and woodland . Next time hopefully. Thank you.

What a wonderful place! We loved everything: the nature, the place, the people... it's like being inside a film. Paddy and Hanna are wonderful, friendly people, two artists... The apartment is the bottom corner of a house in a suburban area about 10 mins walk from Kilkenny Castle. Instructions for finding it and getting in were clear. We were able to park in the driveway. The bedroom was spacious with hanging space and shelves for clothes.The bathroom was small but functional.A dring rack, which we set up in the sunny conservatory meant our washing dried quickly. Milk, water, prossecco, tea, coffee, chococino pods and chocolates were left which was much appreciated.
