The property was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. The views were out of this world. It was hard to stop looking at them. The property was less than 10 minutes walk from the Singing pub. The food, staff and outdoor play area made it a great spot for families.

    From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was fantastic—comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was the stunning beach view from the conservatory, which served as our dining room. The location was wonderfully quiet, yet only a 5-minute drive from the village and the family-friendly, beautiful beach. The entire area was picturesque, with many dreamy beaches to explore. Our stay was perfect, and we definitely plan to return.

    We loved the location of the Fisherman's Village with Sea Views, in a lovely sea side quiet area, with lots of places to explore. Looking over the sea, having Sheephaven bay beside this wonderful B&B was beautiful. Downing village is a lovely area, with amazing food. Excellent place to stay, with full irush breakfasts and a self serving bar too!!!! Heather, Michael and Susann were so welcoming and helpful. A home away from home 🏡

    Property was super clean, location and views were simply breathtaking. Seamus (the owner) was fabulous. Couldn't have ask for a warmer welcome or a more pleasant host. We often go away as a family of six to self catering holiday homes but this one stands out by far. Genuinely can't think of anything that could be improved.

    A beautiful, clean,well equipped house that made our holiday perfect. In a quiet rural part of Downings but just 5 minute drive from stunning beaches, shop, restaurant and bars. The host answered questions before I went very promptly. And left us the most appreciated welcome pack off all necessities needed to make our holiday home from home.

    The holiday home was beautiful and the views were stunning! We had the most amazing stay and slept like babies in the big comfortable beds. Paddy was the perfect host and we will definitely be back the dogs had a blast and it was such a peaceful location. The cottage had everything that we needed. I have already recommended to friends that this a perfect location to stay.
