Access to the beach was great, location to explore Achill Island. View on the sea from the room. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was good (choice, taste, etc, ...). Host is very friendly and helpful for infos.

The true spirit of B&B. Very nice hosts that greet you with a large smile. The room is nice and comfy. Nice to have a boiler , tea and biscuits at your disposal. Very quiet and nicely located to visit Achill island. The Irish Breakfeast is just great. Nice to be able to park easily in front of the house.

The owners of this property Jon and Alex are so delightful, they made our three day stay extra special. The food was outstanding, our room was very comfortable, although themed, which is not my cup of tea, it did not detract from the overall pleasure of staying at this property.

Alex was very friendly. He made sure that we had everything we needed and it felt like we were staying with family. The breakfast was filling and delicious and the property was quiet and within close distance from many of the locations we wanted to visit. WiFi didn't work in the sleeping room but did in the sitting area. This was not an issue, since the trip was about seeing the sites and we only needed WiFi to confirm other bookings.

If you're looking for a true Irish experience, off the touristy track, you better stop in Achill Island and when on Achill, please stop at Lavelle's house. We felt like home, our room was super comfortable and we had a nice breakfast. Susan and Filippo helped us with suggestions on what to see and do on Achill. We'd love to be back.
