We originally booked the small room but transferred to the large front room, and it was wonderful having a balcony and looking out over the trees and hearing the birds... it felt like a village, not being in a city! They made our stay very comfortable, gave us advise on where we can buy things, Stanley arranged for our transport and guided us on how to travel to various destinations. Nice furnished clean room with aircondition. Jasmine cooked us some excellent traditional Kerala breakfast and was always willing to accommodate our requests. The owners offered great suggestions about where to eat and helped me book an excellent backwater boat tour. I was here for 7 days and everyday breakfast was different and delicious and was served with fresh fruit. The homestay is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, cosy and the air conditioning worked very well. Wifi also worked well. It is about 25 mins walk away from Fort Kochi centre or a short tuk tuk ride for a low cost.
