The staff member Rohit was very nice. He carried our two heavy bags up to the 4th floor for us. He frequently checked if there were any other issues and rushed to resolve any issues. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The shared kitchen was also free to use, so it was a great environment for a long stay. However, the level of cleanliness of each guest was different, which was sometimes unpleasant, but the hard work of the staff more than made up for it. We stayed for 9 days and felt at home. Thank you very much.

Everything!! The Sherpa family are amazing, and the staff at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Nima organised a local driver for 3 days who took us to markets, local sight seeing and all the way back to namchi/pelling. Our Gangtok trip wouldn’t have been so amazing/easy without their help. They even lent us jackets for Tsmogo Lake. Aunty’s cooking was so delicious that we ate at the home stay every night. Coming from Australia, we were a bit bewildered with how far apart towns and cities are and they explained and recommended how to do Sikkim after Gangtok. The view from the home stay is incredible, so glad we chose here at the top of the Gangtok hills for the views

I must admit that the location of Rai Paul Residency is exceptionally good and it will be continue to be so unless some other building get developed just opposite to it. Within my three days stay, one early morning, I viewed the mighty and beautiful Kanchanjungha from the comfort of my room. The property is also very good value for money in my opinion. The staffs are good and the cook prepares the food very well.

Perfect homestay, a little outside Kalimpong offering a more quiet stay. Yet close enough to the city centre (approximately 15 min by shared taxi). Lovely host Bidhya helped us arrange things like transportation and came up with stuff for us to do. Clean and spacious room, great food and nice staff - highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Tosca was absolutely flawless! The property itself is gorgeous, well maintained, aesthetically furnished... with a breathtaking view from the terrace. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable- perfect for a 3 night stay. The entire experience was elevated by the commendable hospitality of the staff- Meghanath and Roshni went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From arranging sumptuous breakfasts to helping us book airport transfers and day trips- they took care of it all.
