Excellent homestay in Shillong! It is very close to Laitumkhra market, yet located in a quiet neighborhood with lovely views of the hills. The homestay itself is spacious, well-maintained, with excellent attentive service. We booked the deluxe family suite which consisted of - a main room with an extra large double bed, a smaller room with a normal double bed, and a sit-out/parlor with a sofa, coffee table, desk, and small refrigerator. The bathroom even though basic, was spacious and very clean. The room had a hot air heater/blower in the main room and an electric kettle in the parlor. There is a small very well-kept garden, common living room space, and a balcony with becomes sun-drenched in the mornings. Meals can be easily ordered through Zomato or Swiggy and the common space has plates, dishes, and utensils/cutlery, as well as a microwave. The complimentary breakfast is basic but nice. The staff are well-attentive to guest needs and very responsive on whatsapp. Overall, the stay was fantastic. Highly recommended. They also connected us with a local taxi person, who provided airport transfer and was also very nice and helpful.

The geyser worked very well and the room and bathroom were spotless clean. The room also came along with a small heater. The host was very helpful in giving us advice on local restaurants and sightseeing and responded very quickly to our questions. He even helped us with booking bus tickets.

Cosy and personal! We were treated so well by the staff, particularly by Gene. Great breakfast everyday as well. We asked about options for how to get around the area, and they provided us with a contact for a cab, which we used for 2 days (shout out to Babul, for being a lovely tour guide!). Easy enough to take a shared cab into PB. Lovely, comfy rooms and once again, thanks Gene for the fabulous service.

The room and the property were really spacious, pretty and had a cozy vibe, it looked beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, all amenities were top notch including a heater, breakfast was nice, and the location was easily accessible. The caretakers were helpful too! I really enjoyed my stay :)

I was not so much sure before staying there, but after staying for some days, i felt this place (well mainly its staff - Don, theng, sangama, Henry everyone) really so nice.     Clean and hygienic rooms. We had 2 rooms. The bigger suite with the balcony had a great view. It's tucked in on a hill so it has a nice vibe to it and away from the hustle and bustle of shillong. I am never comfortable booking home stays but this one changed my perspective. Great job guys. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
