Very confy room with a great view, perfect if you plan to visit Hengifoss and/or the Vok baths. The kitchen was perfect and everything was extremely clean.

The natural surroundings, the farm, the accommodation, the food, the staff, and the fact that everything was built around sustainability truly impressed us. Friendly staff, great location. it was very clean and comfortable. Lot of room. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. only 2 bathrooms but it wasn't too crowded so no issues there. There's a cute dinner across the street.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Hallormsstaður, Mjóanes accommodation is a guest house surrounded by views of the lake.

It was a perfect stay! Elsa is a wonderful host, she showed us around and even brought us some fresh and delicious bread in the morning! Such a warm home feeling, we definitely want to come back to spend more time in this lovely place! Totally recommend :)
