Ideally positioned between Alghero and Sassari, 20 minutes ride from both. Lovely Christmas decorations, spacious super clean room and bathroom with two sinks, comfortable bed. Free bikes you can ride to explore 4 km of paths, surrounded by vineyards. We were impressed how big it was. Beautiful facilities by day and night, beautiful lights, nicely designed breakfast room and winery - we opted for wine tour and degustation accompanied by local products that were fantastic. Smiling and professional staff and the surprise gift at the end of our stay (you can guess, it was a bottle of wine)! Thank you Sella & Mosca for contributing to us having a great time for the New Year's - we will definitely be back to experience another season in the vineyard.

Such a welcoming host. Communicated very well before arrival to ensure our comfort, upon arriving he guided us to our room and told us what we needed to know personally and also have a list of recommendations around the area. the location is ideal, lots of food places & close to the centre. amazing value for money. bathroom was great too with amenities. highly recommend

I liked that it is close to the airport and only ten minutes bus ride to the first little city Fertilia, has a wonderful and clean pool and hot tub. It is very charming with all the flowers and wineyards around. Kitchen has pretty good equipment and the airconditioning works great.

Dario was a very welcoming host. He explained the facilities in the room clearly and the process for entering and leaving the property. He was quickly available via WhatsApp and was always happy to help with suggestions and good advice. The room was large and clean and the bed comfortable. The wifi worked, which was great. The bathroom was large and clean and there was plenty of hot water. Having a balcony was a nice addition. The location was great, only a ten minute walk into the centre of Alghero. I would definately recommend staying with Dario.

Stefano is a fabulous host who made us very welcome. We were in the coral room, I liked how the place was decorated with specific details, coral ornaments and a huge Tv to complement everything. We also found a small bottle of Mirto on the bed for the warm welcome. The room was very clean, quiet and above all comfortable especially the bed. lovely bathroom too. Everything in good working order almost new. Even if not exactly in the city center but within reach, if in the future we happen again in Alghero, we will definitely choose Sunshine Charming Houses.
