I booked this for my elderly mother, who was getting the ferry from Sardinia on her own, and given our outward journey was very delayed, I had written to the host, Tanya, saying that my mother might arrive late that evening and was reassured that there would be no problem at all with her getting access to the flat - whatever time she arrived. My mum texted Tanya when she got a taxi from the Port, and was met at the flat. Tanya then showed her somewhere she could eat that evening and offered to come back the next morning to drive her to the station to get her early train to Florence. Exceptional kindness. You couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful apartment! Very clean, big and good located. We, as a family of five persons, haven't to claim. We felt us like at home. Cost/performance rate top! Especially I want to thank Marco for his warm welcome and all support during our stay in Livorno and locations around. For breakfast, to drink, to snack, we had everything in this apartment and can't complain. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back next time when we are in Livorno. Perfect place to stay in Livorno for a family, with an awesome roof terace to sit in the evening. Close by restaurants or walking distance into town (if you wear good shoes :) ). Off-street parking place is also a great bonus. And extremely kind and accomodating host, who left some snacks for us and guided us to the ferry in the morning.

This place was simply stunning, equipped with everything you need and quiet. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for one night, because we were on our way back home. We saved it in our list of places we will come back to later. Full recommendation!

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)
