This was our first time in Lecce nei Marsi. We only booked for one night as I had work on Monday but I wish I had taken more days off. The property was very easy to find, but unfortunately, our Sat Nav in the rental car was not working properly and it took us somewhere else. We phoned the owner of the property, and within two minutes he came to collect us from where we had stopped. The accommodation was new. everything was perfect. The owner had prepared a few things for breakfast the next morning and left in the fridge a few drinks and milk. Everything was arranged perfectly. The room was very quiet and if you have never been to Lecce nei Marsi before I suggest you do. It is like living in a fairy tale. The place is so quiet and in perfect sink with nature. We did love every moment there. The owner suggested a restaurant for us the "Trattoria del Cacciatore" and we had dinner there. It is not very far from the accommodation. The owner was so nice. He explained everything we needed to know about the area and also offered to take us to the place we had to go in the morning. I am thinking of visiting again and I am already looking to see if I can get more days off from work. Highly recommend this property.

The location is stunning, the views over the Abruzzo mountains made you not want to leave the property! The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The hosts were generous, warm and welcoming. The homemade breakfast, cakes and biscuits Stefania made each morning was delicious! It felt like a home away from home. Our children loved exploring the garden, Claudio and Stefania’s home was their favourite place on our Italy trip and we hope to come back one day. Grazie Mille!!

Location: outside the town centre, reachable by car in 5 minutes, but strategically located near the motorway entry, and with ample parking. It was exactly what we were looking for. Room: big and spacious, with a big bathroom too. The balcony with a coffee table great. Mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was great, with pastries, but also salty options if you so wish. Coffee was delicious, and we had plenty. A nice touch was soy and oat milk. I’ve been told there are also gluten free alternatives available, if needed. The staff was lovely, Gianluca and his gf were super friendly. It’s definitely worth to stop at Arco dei Sogni if you are around.
