You could not ask for a better location in Menaggio. Lovely studio apartment with large, clean bath and a nice kitchen area. Decor was nice. Helpful host gave us information about how to enter the unit with a code, how to find free and metered local parking for our rental car, and a close-by rental agency for a boat with a captain. The balcony was relaxing at the end of the day with a beverage overlooking the square. The in-room espresso was delicious. We heated up milk and made lattes and made a light breakfast of fruit and yogurt and pastries.

Very nice host (with plenty of really useful tips for trips), a really big private parking lot (outside, perfect for large and high cars), close to Menaggio. The very effective blinds on the window keep the light and heat out during the day and the heating system works perfectly in case of cold nights. A washing machine is also in the flat. Don't miss the beautiful view from the mountain church ("Chiesetta degli Alpini"), only a walk of 30 min up the hill (and the ice cream from the very close bar afterwards)!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming apartment nestled in an old, picturesque house. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic character that perfectly captures the essence of the region. The apartment was well-maintained and offered a delightful blend of historic charm and modern comforts. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a serene and unique getaway. Why down to the town was for us totally fine, 15 min and why up after good dinner and wine was also easy maybe 20 min . Marcella explained really great the way how to find a parking and apartment ,shared a few useful tips about Menaggio. Thank you Marcella !!!!

    The location was excellent and it was quite charming. Everything you needed was there and Lara was an excellent host. Easy walking distance to top class restaurants and amenities - we enjoyed a day swimming at the newly opened Lido, the ferries and boats were easy to use and we had a lovely trip to the beautiful Villa Carlotta. Opposite is a small cafe for breakfast and Menaggio is a pretty little town to explore.

    Very good location, a few minutes from Menagio center with free parking nearby. The very friendly owners did an excellent job turning an old stable into a fully equiped, convenient (and spotlessly clean) holiday home, which is located in a quiet little street. Also if you have any questions during your stay, the owners are quick to answer via Whatsapp.
